Official Rules

PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY AS THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

  1. Eligibility

    The iS CLINICAL Paris Fashion Week Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) states of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law.

    Employees of Science of Skincare, LLC (dba Innovative Skincare) and their respective parents, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agencies, partners, distributors, suppliers, and members of their Immediate Families, are not eligible. For purposes of the Contest, “Immediate Family” is defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of whether they reside in the same household.

  2. Sponsor

    Innovative Skincare, 3333 N. San Fernando Blvd, Burbank, CA 91504 (“Sponsor”).

  3. Timing

    The Contest begins at 12:00 PM PT on Monday, October 13, 2025, and ends at 12:00 PM PT on Monday, October 20, 2025. Winners will be selected after Monday, October 20, 2025.

    All entries must be received on or before the time stated during the contest periods. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest at their sole discretion.

  4. How to Enter

    During the Contest Period, users must:

    • Follow @iSClinical on Instagram,
    • Comment a blue heart emoji on the previous post, and
    • Tag a friend in the comments.

    For additional bonus entries, the entrant can subscribe to iS CLINICAL on YouTube, follow iS CLINICAL on TikTok, or share the giveaway post to their Instagram story, tagging @iSClinical, and saving the post.

    Entries made by a single user under different identities to enter multiple times are automatically void. Any entries that cite other brands (other than iS CLINICAL), are irregular, fraudulent, or reproduced in any way are also automatically void.

  5. Entry Errors

    Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor is not responsible if the online service or equipment is interrupted including without limitation (1) interruptions to any network, server, Internet, website, telephone, satellite, computer or other connections, (2) failures of any telephone, satellite, hardware, software, or other equipment, (3) garbled, misdirected or jumbled transmissions, or traffic congestion, (4) other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical, or electronic, (5) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture any such information, or (6) printing or typographical errors.

  6. Selection of Winner

    One (1) Winner to be selected (“Winner”) from a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received on or before the closing giveaway date. Winner will be contacted by the official iS CLINICAL Instagram account @iSCLINICAL. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    Potential prize winners will be notified via Instagram comment on the giveaway post and via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) days of the closing date of the Contest. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their Instagram Account information is up-to-date and accurate. Prize notices returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification of the potential prize winner and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor’s decisions as to the random drawing are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    Winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize via response to the Instagram comment and/or Instagram Direct Message. If the Winners are discovered to be invalid for any reason prior to delivery of the Prize, or if the Winners cannot be contacted or do not respond within the twenty-four (24) hour time period, alternate winner(s) may be selected, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

  7. Prizes

    The one (1) verified Winner will receive:

    • One (1) luxury travel case,
    • One (1) Cream Cleanser (120 mL),
    • One (1) Copper Firming Mist (75 mL),
    • One (1) Hydra-Cool Serum (30 mL),
    • One (1) Pro-Heal Serum Advance+ (30 mL),
    • One (1) Youth Eye Complex (15 g),
    • One (1) Active Peel System (15 treatment sets), and
    • One (1) Daily Dynamic Hydrator (50 g)

    Total retail value: $2,500.

  8. Terms and Conditions of Prizes

    1. Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer;
    2. Income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of winner; and
    3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value if not used.

  9. Acceptance of Official Rules

    As a condition of entry, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

  10. Disputes (Account Ownership)

    In the event of a dispute, the person to whom the Instagram account used to enter the Contest will be deemed the winning entrant. Other channel entries such as Twitter or Facebook are not valid.

  11. Taxes

    Each Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all federal, state, and local taxes related to the prizes. Each Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded.

  12. Potential Winner(s), Publicity

    By entering this Contest and submitting your information, you are identifying yourself as the rightful owner of your personal information, and you grant consent to Sponsor and their respective agents to use your name, social media ID, comments, likeness, voice, and biographical information for publicity or advertising in any media or manner, without payment, consideration, notice, or approval and without geographic or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.

  13. Conditions of Participants’ Conduct

    Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the Contest and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. In the event that the Contest is terminated early, Sponsor will make the prizes available to be won among all eligible persons who entered prior to the date of termination and notice of such action will be posted on Sponsor’s Facebook (facebook.com/isclinical) and/or Instagram (instagram.com/isclinical).

    Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may lock out any entrant who, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, has been disqualified, has questionable eligibility, or is otherwise ineligible to enter.

  14. Indemnification

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Contest Parties at all times from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, proceedings, costs (including attorneys’ fees), and expenses for any injury, damage, or loss caused or claimed to be caused, based upon, or arising from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or any part of the prize, entering the Contest, participation in the Contest, or participation in any prize-related activity or event.

  15. General Liability Release

    Entrants release any and all rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against the Contest Parties, further covenant not to sue any Contest Parties and hereby acknowledge that none of the Contest Parties have made or is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Contest or the prizes.

    If you are a California resident, you waive any and all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California, which provides as follows:

    “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.”

    You expressly waive and release any right or benefit which you have or may have under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California, to the full extent that you may waive all such rights and benefits pertaining to the matters released here. In connection with such waiver and relinquishment, you acknowledge that you are aware that you may hereafter discover claims presently unknown or unsuspected, or facts in addition to or different from those which you now know or believe to be true, with respect to the matters released herein; nevertheless, it is your intention through this release to fully and finally and forever settle and release all such matters and claims relative thereto, which do not exist, may exist or heretofore have existed between you and the Contest Parties. The release herein given shall be and remain in effect as a full and complete release of such claims and matters notwithstanding the discovery or existence of any such additional or different claims or facts relative thereto.

    Additional Terms

    Entrants agree that the Contest Parties shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting from the Contest or any Contest-related activity. The Contest Parties assume no responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s computer system or mobile device which is occasioned by accessing the iS CLINICAL website or participating in the Contest, or for any computer system, mobile device, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions, or network connections that are human or technical in nature.

    Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Contest Parties are not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries or notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.

    Any attempts to access the site, enter the Contest, device or brute-force attack will result in disqualification, including that IP address or Instagram account becoming ineligible for the entire Contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

    The Contest shall be governed by California state law. By participating in any Contest, Entrants agree that California courts shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest.

    CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the Contest. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.

    Any entry, submission, or comment that is considered by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be obscene, libelous, inapposite to the reputation of Sponsors, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate, or which otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Any communication or information transmitted to Sponsor by electronic mail or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

  16. Arbitration / Forum Selection / Governing Law

    Except where prohibited by law and as a condition of participating in this Contest, Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and held at the AAA regional office in Los Angeles, California; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

    Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Contest), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

    If for any reason the foregoing arbitration mandate does not apply, any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in Los Angeles County, California.

    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
