Return Policy
We want you to love your iS CLINICAL experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from isclinical.com, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms below.
GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES
Eligibility:
- Only items purchased directly from isclinical.com are eligible for return through this website.
- Products purchased from authorized skincare professionals, retailers, or third-party websites must be returned through the original place of purchase.
Return Authorization:
- All returned items must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Any items received without an RMA will not be accepted.
Time Frame:
- Returns must be initiated and the product shipped within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition Requirements:
- Items that are defective, incorrect, or damaged in shipping must be reported to our Customer Care team within 10 business days of receipt.
- Please retain all packaging and product(s) in their original condition for inspection.
Exchanges:
- Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt.
- Exchanged products must be returned and received within 10 business days or the original payment method will be charged for the unreturned item(s).
Shipping:
- Complimentary UPS Ground Shipping is provided for all returns and exchanges made within 30 days of purchase, except for returns resulting from customer ordering errors.
Refunds:
- Once your returned product(s) are received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been used more than once or are not in original packaging
- Promotional items, free gifts, or samples
- Final sale or limited-edition items, unless defective upon arrival
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] or call 1-888-807-4447, option 1, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT.
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange to obtain your RMA and complimentary return label.
- Securely package your product(s) and affix the prepaid UPS label provided.
- Drop off your return at any authorized UPS location.
