GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT on Friday will ship the following Monday.

  • Business Days: We ship Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • Delivery Restrictions:

    • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or the following locations: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and American Samoa.

    • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Shipping Conditions: Delivery times are subject to UPS on-time performance and may be affected by external factors such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

  • Order Verification: For your protection, iS Clinical may contact you to verify your order or shipping address. This may cause a slight delay in dispatch.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: iS Clinical is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

  • Taxes: Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and displayed during checkout.


ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your UPS tracking number.

  • You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account here.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and backordered items will be shipped separately. In-stock items will ship first.

  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to add, remove, or modify items to ensure accuracy in our fulfillment system.
