Gift with Purchase Terms

GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTIONAL OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms apply to all Gift With Purchase ("GWP") promotions offered on isclinical.com unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional offer.

 

PROMOTIONAL OFFER DETAILS

Each promotional offer will specify the applicable offer period, qualifying purchase requirement, promotional code (if applicable), complimentary gift, and estimated retail value of the gift.

To qualify, customers must satisfy all requirements stated in the specific promotional offer at the time of purchase.

 

RESTRICTIONS & EXCLUSIONS

  • Limit one (1) complimentary gift per qualifying order unless otherwise stated
  • Valid on purchases made through isclinical.com only
  • Available to customers within the United States only
  • Qualifying purchase requirements must be met before taxes, shipping, and applicable discounts unless otherwise stated
  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively
  • Not valid on previous purchases
    Cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes unless otherwise stated
  • Offer available while supplies last
  • Availability, gift assortment, and promotional details are subject to change without notice
  • Complimentary gifts have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or substitutions

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If all or part of a qualifying order is returned and the remaining merchandise value falls below the qualifying purchase requirement associated with the promotional offer redeemed at the time of purchase, the complimentary gift must also be returned in unused, unopened condition.

If the complimentary gift is not returned, iS Clinical reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the complimentary gift associated with the original promotional offer from the refund amount and/or charge the original form of payment.

For return and refund purposes, eligibility for a complimentary gift is determined based on the promotional offer, qualifying purchase requirement, gift value, and terms that were in effect at the time the order was placed.

iS Clinical reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.
