Ultimate Summer Giveaway Official Rules

1. Overview

The Ultimate Summer Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Science of Skincare, LLC dba Innovative Skincare ("iS Clinical" or "Sponsor"). Eligible participants who submit the official giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry for a chance to win one of the prizes described below, subject to these Official Rules.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law.

3. Promotional Period

The Promotion begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT ("Promotion Period").

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants must complete and submit the official Ultimate Summer Giveaway entry form located at:

https://www.isclinical.com/pages/summer-skin-giveaway

Participants who successfully opt in to receive iS Clinical SMS marketing messages during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) additional bonus entry. Limit one (1) bonus entry per participant.

Only entries submitted through the official giveaway landing page during the Promotion Period will be eligible.

Entries submitted through any other email sign-up forms on isclinical.com, including, but not limited to, newsletter sign-ups, footer forms, account registrations, or checkout opt-ins, will not be eligible.

Limit one (1) standard entry per person and per email address, plus one (1) bonus entry for SMS opt-in.

Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not required to enter, make a purchase, or win, and may be revoked at any time.

5. Prize Details

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following iS Clinical skincare collection with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $1,021:

  • Daily Dynamic Hydrator (50 g / 1.7 oz.)

Thirty (30) additional winners will each receive:

  • One (1) Hydra-Cool Serum® (15 mL / 0.5 fl. oz.) with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $70.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes: $3,121.

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if necessary due to product availability.

Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the acceptance and use of a prize.

Prizes will be shipped within a reasonable time after winner verification and receipt of a valid United States shipping address provided by the confirmed winner.

Winners are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the winner. If a prize is lost or damaged in transit, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and subject to product availability, replace the prize or applicable prize component.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) Grand Prize Winner and thirty (30) additional winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about August 4, 2026.

Potential winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry.

Potential winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the date the notification email is sent to claim their prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable email notifications or email messages filtered as spam or junk mail.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or potential winner and may require proof of eligibility before awarding a prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries due to technical, electronic, human, or other errors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with the iS Clinical Privacy Policy.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing email communications at any time. Unsubscribing after entering the Promotion will not invalidate a previously submitted eligible entry; however, entrants are responsible for monitoring the email address used to enter the Promotion for winner notifications.

Participants who opt in to receive SMS marketing messages may opt out at any time in accordance with the applicable SMS program terms.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.
